The studio answers within one business day. For anything about an existing order, quote the order number and we can find it immediately.
Shipping
Standard delivery takes three to five business days and is complimentary on orders over $75. Express delivery is $18 and arrives in one to two business days. Orders placed before 11:00 CET ship the same day.
Everything ships from Paris with tracking. Duties for orders outside the EU are calculated at checkout in production; in this demonstration build they are not.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Return shipping is complimentary within the EU, the UK and the United States. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of arrival.
Alterations and repairs are handled separately and are free for the first two years of a garment’s life.
Size guide
Measurements are of the body, in inches, not the garment. Outerwear is cut with room for a knit underneath; if you are between sizes in a coat, take the smaller one.
